Returns: Must be done within 48 hours after receiving merchandise. Returns are subject to restocking fee and pick up fee 20% of total purchase. Merchandise must be in original packaging and condition. SPECIAL ORDERS: 20% restocking fee on any canceled special orders. No refund store credit only. LAYAWAY: Payment is required every 30 days, all layaways must be claimed and pay in full within 180 days from date of contract. NO CASH REFUNDS on layaways STORE CREDIT ONLY. 2 weeks’ notice required prior picking up. Approve refunds: All payments received in form of cash, financing or check will be refunded by company check (allow 14 banking days for check to process) credit cards will be refunded to original card used. NO REFUNDS ON: AS IS merchandise, floor sample, accessories, mirrors, rugs or delivered merchandise.
